Scope of application:
These shipping policies apply to all purchases made through our physical store, online, and social media.
Shipping times:
Spain: Express service, 1 to 4 business days.
European Community: Express service, varies by destination and can take 2 to 7 business days.
International: Express service, varies by destination and can take 5 to 15 business days.
Shipping costs:
Spain: purchases < 95.00 euros – 6.50 euros; >= 95.00 euros – free.
European Community: purchases < 95 euros – 9.50 euros; >= 95 euros - free.
International: purchases < 200 euros – 25.00 euros; >= 200 euros – free (does not include taxes and duties if applicable in the destination country).
Order processing:
The orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receiving payment. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and provide the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
Order Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email with the order details and tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Tracking information:
All orders include a tracking number that will be provided via email, allowing you to track its status directly on the courier service's website.
